Delete your Easier account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time:

1. Open Easier and sign in.
2. Go to Account (customers) or Profile (drivers), then Personal information.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@useasier.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your saved addresses
• Drivers: your Civil ID details, licence photo and bank (IBAN) details
• Your sign-in, notifications and notification history

What is kept

Records of deliveries that were already made - when, where, and the price paid - are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as Kuwaiti law requires commercial and accounting records to be kept. They then are deleted. A delivery still in progress must be finished or cancelled before the account can be deleted.
