Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Please read these terms before using Easier. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. About Easier

Easier is a technology platform operated by iDeveloprs Company for Private Software Design and Programming (Commercial Registration No. 378621), P.O. Box 14786, Postal Code 72858, Al-Faiha, Capital Governorate, State of Kuwait ("Easier", "we", "us").

Easier connects people who want something delivered within Kuwait ("Customers") and shops, restaurants and companies that send from their own premises ("Businesses") with independent drivers who deliver for them ("Drivers"). We provide the app, match requests with nearby Drivers, carry messages and payments between them, and show the delivery's progress. The delivery itself is carried out by the Driver.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Easier: Customers, Businesses, Drivers, and anyone who simply browses the app.

2. Who can use Easier

  • You must be at least 21 years old, the age of full legal capacity under the Kuwaiti Civil Code, or at least 18 with the consent of your legal guardian.
  • You must give true, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
  • You may hold one account for yourself. Accounts cannot be sold, shared or transferred.
  • Drivers must also meet the requirements in section 6.

3. Your account

You can sign in with your phone number (we send a one-time code by WhatsApp or SMS), with an email address and password, or with Apple or Google where offered.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your codes and password private, and tell us straight away at support@useasier.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy, "Your rights").

4. How a delivery works

  • A Customer describes what they are sending, where it is collected from and where it is going.
  • Drivers close to the pickup are offered the request first. If none takes it, it is opened to other Drivers.
  • Drivers who want the delivery name their price. The Customer chooses which offer to accept, or none.
  • Once an offer is accepted and paid for, the Driver collects the item, and the Customer can follow it on the map until it is delivered.

A Customer who has had a delivery from a particular Driver before may ask for that Driver again. The Driver is offered it first for a couple of minutes; if they do not take it, it goes to Drivers near the pickup, and then to everyone. Asking is a preference, never a reservation.

A Business's deliveries work differently - see section 7.

The price is the one the Customer accepts, or the fixed price the Business has set. Any service fee charged by Easier is shown before you pay. Prices include no hidden charges.

5. If you are a Customer

When you send something with Easier, you agree to:

  • describe the item honestly, including anything fragile or valuable;
  • package it so it can be carried safely;
  • give accurate pickup and delivery addresses, and make sure someone is there to hand over and receive it;
  • send only items you are legally allowed to send, and never anything listed in section 7;
  • treat Drivers with respect.

A Driver may refuse an item that is badly packed, larger than described, or that they reasonably believe is prohibited. Where the law requires it, we may report prohibited items to the authorities.

6. If you are a Driver

To deliver with Easier you must, at all times:

  • hold a valid Kuwaiti driving licence for the vehicle you use, and a valid Civil ID;
  • hold every residency permit, work permit, licence and authorisation that Kuwaiti law requires for you to carry out delivery work;
  • use a vehicle that is roadworthy, registered and insured as Kuwaiti law requires;
  • follow the Traffic Law and every rule of the road. Never use the app while driving - read and respond only when safely stopped;
  • collect and deliver items with care, without opening, inspecting or keeping them, and deliver them only to the address and person given;
  • use a Customer's name, phone number and addresses only to complete that delivery, and never keep, share or use them for anything else;
  • name honest prices and complete the deliveries you accept.

We check your licence when you sign up and may ask for it again. We may suspend your access while we verify your documents, if they expire, or if we receive a complaint that needs looking into.

While you are on duty and throughout a delivery you are carrying, your location is shared with Easier so we can offer you nearby work and show the Customer where their delivery is, including when the app is in the background. Going off duty stops this. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Drivers are independent. You decide when to work and which deliveries to accept, and you are responsible for your own vehicle, fuel, costs and any taxes or charges on what you earn.

7. If you are a Business

A Business is a shop, restaurant or company that sends deliveries from its own premises. Registering one is a separate step, and nothing works until we have approved it.

To register you give us the name of the business, what kind it is, its commercial licence number, the name, Civil ID and phone number of the person responsible for it, and the address deliveries are collected from. We check these before approving you, and we may refuse or ask you to correct them.

A Business agrees to:

  • give true details, and hold a valid commercial licence for the activity it is sending for;
  • send only from the pickup address it registered, and only items it is allowed to send under section 8;
  • have someone at that address to hand deliveries over;
  • treat Drivers with respect, and never ask a Driver to do anything outside the delivery.

One commercial licence registers one Business. A licence that belonged to a Business we have closed cannot be registered again.

How a Business's deliveries differ from a Customer's:

  • The price is fixed. A Business sets one price for every delivery it sends, within a range we set, and Drivers take that price rather than bidding against each other.
  • The pickup is always the registered address, so it is never asked for.
  • A Driver accepts the delivery first, and the Business pays after that. The Driver does not set off until the payment is made.
  • A Business may name up to three rush hours. During one of them, its deliveries go first to the Drivers who have joined it and chosen to cover that window. Outside them, its deliveries are offered like anyone else's.
  • Drivers ask to join a Business and the Business accepts or refuses. Before accepting, the Business sees a Driver's name and email address; their phone number only once they are on the team. A Business may remove or block a Driver at any time.

The pickup address's details can be corrected once a month from the Business's settings.

The person who registers a Business is responsible for everything done through it, and is bound by these terms both as that Business and as a user.

8. Items that must never be sent

In line with the laws of the State of Kuwait, the following must not be sent through Easier:

  • alcohol, narcotics, and controlled or psychotropic substances;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and parts of any of them;
  • flammable, toxic, corrosive or otherwise hazardous materials;
  • cash, cheques, gold, jewellery, precious metals or stones;
  • medicines that need a prescription, unless sent by a licensed pharmacy as the law allows;
  • live animals, or human or animal remains;
  • stolen, counterfeit or smuggled goods;
  • anything offensive to public morals, or anything else whose possession, sale or transport is illegal in Kuwait.

Whoever sends a prohibited item is responsible for it, and for any loss, fine or legal consequence that follows.

9. Payment

Payments are handled by licensed payment providers, using KNET, bank cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay where offered. Easier never receives or stores your full card number.

As a Customer you pay the price you accepted at the moment you choose a Driver's offer. As a Business you pay after a Driver has accepted the delivery, and the Driver does not set off until you have. A receipt is available in the app either way.

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars.

10. Cancellations and refunds

  • A Customer may cancel free of charge before accepting an offer.
  • If a delivery that has been paid for is cancelled before the item is collected, or cannot be carried out for a reason that is not the Customer's fault, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the Driver has already collected the item, the delivery may be charged in full, depending on the reason for cancelling.
  • Refunds are made within the time the payment provider and your bank need, which is usually a few working days.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014).

11. Loss, damage and delay

Drivers must take reasonable care of every item they carry. If an item is lost or damaged while in a Driver's care, tell us within 48 hours of the delivery (or of when it should have arrived) at support@useasier.com, with photographs where you can.

We will look into every report, help both sides reach a fair outcome, and act against any account that has broken these terms.

Unless the law requires otherwise, compensation for an item that was lost or damaged is limited to the lower of its proven value and the delivery price paid, unless a higher value was declared and agreed before collection. No compensation is due for prohibited items, for items that were not described honestly, or for loss caused by poor packaging.

12. Using the app properly

You must not:

  • use Easier for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • contact a Customer or Driver outside a delivery for any other purpose;
  • arrange to take a delivery found through Easier privately, to avoid the app;
  • interfere with the app, access it by automated means, copy it, or try to reverse-engineer it;
  • create false accounts, false offers or false reports.

Misuse of the app may also be an offence under Kuwait's Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.

13. Messages from us

We send notifications about your deliveries, offers and account. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings or in the app, but you may then miss updates on a delivery that is under way. We will not send you marketing without your consent.

14. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts anyone's safety at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond.

You may stop using Easier and ask us to delete your account at any time. Deliveries already under way must still be completed or cancelled as set out above.

15. Our commitments

Easier undertakes to:

  • verify every Driver's licence before they can take deliveries;
  • protect your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and as Kuwaiti law requires;
  • show prices and any fees clearly before you pay;
  • look into every complaint fairly and reply within a reasonable time;
  • keep the app available and secure as far as reasonably possible;
  • comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait that apply to us.

16. The app and its content

The Easier name, logo, design and software belong to Easier or its licensors. You may use the app for its intended purpose only; nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

17. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep Easier running reliably, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Maps, addresses and arrival times are estimates.

As far as Kuwaiti law allows, Easier is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the delivery concerned. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for serious or deliberate wrongdoing.

18. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using Easier, you are responsible for the resulting loss or claims, including any made against Easier.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Easier after that, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

20. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 20 of 2014 on Electronic Transactions. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.

21. Language

These terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
